- Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and design of OMS solutions to support complex omnichannel business requirements
- Drive solution assessments, architecture alignment, and fit-gap analysis with enterprise architecture standards
- Own high-level and low-level design artifacts and lead technical design reviews across OMS modules
- Provide technical leadership during OMS implementation, customization, integration, testing, UAT, and production rollout phases
- Guide development teams on OMS best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business and operational goals
- Support OMS upgrades, roadmap planning, and production support activities including issue triage and root-cause analysis
- Coordinate with product vendors for defect resolution and enhancement planning aligned to release schedules
