What they need
Core Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Wash, cut, chop, and measure ingredients according to standard recipes.
- Cooking & Plating: Prepare and cook various menu items, entrees, or proteins to required temperatures and presentation standards.
- Kitchen Sanitation: Clean workstations, sanitize equipment, and properly label, date, and store food items in line with HACCP and local health codes.
- Inventory & Restocking: Check stock levels during shifts and alert the head chef or kitchen manager to shortages.
- Team Support: Assist permanent line or prep cooks with rush-hour tickets and closing duties.
Pay: From Php755.00 per day
