Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and experienced On-Call Driver who can provide transportation support based on the company’s operational requirements and scheduled bookings.

The driver will primarily be responsible for safely transporting company personnel, cleaning partners, tools, equipment, and supplies to and from client locations and other designated destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles to assigned locations.
• Transport cleaning partners, staff, equipment, tools, and supplies as scheduled.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and instructions from the Admin/Operations team.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and in proper operating condition.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after trips.
• Immediately report vehicle issues, damage, accidents, or maintenance concerns to the Admin team.
• Observe traffic laws, company vehicle policies, and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading company tools, equipment, and supplies when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism when dealing with employees, cleaning partners, clients, and other personnel.
• Be available for assignments based on operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Philippine Professional Driver’s License appropriate for the vehicle to be driven.
• Must know how to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Preferably with previous professional or company driving experience.
• Familiar with Metro Manila routes and navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle inspection and maintenance is an advantage.
• Must have a good driving record.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and professional.
• Physically capable of assisting with loading and unloading equipment when required.
• Must be willing to work on an on-call basis, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays when operationally necessary.

Work Arrangement

This is an on-call position. Work schedules and assignments will depend on company bookings and operational requirements. Drivers will be contacted when their services are needed.
