Pay Rate: The OCS Coordinator will be paid a daily stipend for being available to answer calls when our office is closed. $60/day Monday-Thursday; $80/day Friday; $90/day Saturday-Sunday. (Weekly rate of $500) Additionally, if you are called out to cover a Direct Support Worker's shift, you will also get paid the hourly rate for that case. ($9/hr or greater, variable)

  • Follow protocol in reaching out to the designated supervisor for assistance while on-call.
