What they need
- Conduct swimming clinic sessions as scheduled, covering stroke technique, breathing, water safety, and endurance, based on the participant's skill level.
- Follow the club's clinic curriculum and lesson plans, and adapt instruction to each participant's pace and needs.
- Maintain safety in and around the pool at all times, including participant supervision, headcount, and adherence to pool rules.
- Respond immediately to emergencies and administer first aid or CPR when needed.
- Check in participants, monitor attendance, and record session notes and progress as required.
- Coordinate with the pool staff and the S&L office on session schedules, lane allocation, and equipment.
- Uphold the club's members-first service standards and represent CSCC professionally in every interaction.
