On-call Warehouse Staff (For Pooling)

Job Summary

The On-Call Warehouse Staff provides temporary and as-needed support to warehouse operations, particularly in the handling, movement, loading, and unloading of equipment, stocks, and other items.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Support

• Assist warehouse staff in loading and unloading equipment, stocks, supplies, and other items.
• Help move, lift, carry, and arrange items within the warehouse or designated areas.
• Assist in receiving, transferring, and organizing stocks as instructed.
• Support warehouse staff during deliveries, pull-outs, transfers, and other warehouse activities.
• Ensure items are handled properly to prevent damage during loading, unloading, and movement.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned work areas.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling heavy or bulky items.
• Perform other physical warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or designated personnel.

Job Qualifications

• At least High School graduate (Vocational or College level is an advantage).
• Preferably with experience in warehouse operations (picking, packing, receiving, or loading)
• Physically fit and able to lift/carry heavy items (up to 25–30 kg).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and recording.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and under minimal supervision.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.

Work conditions:

• 695/day
• Must be willing to work in Makati City.
