Duties

• Develop and produce high-quality on-camera videos that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas that boost social media engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage the full video production process, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production using media editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Optimize video content for various social media platforms by applying best practices in content marketing and social media management tools.
• Conduct keyword research to enhance video discoverability across search engines and social media channels.
• Monitor digital marketing performance through analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to refine content strategies.
• Engage with followers through comments and direct messages to foster positive relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in social listening, social media analytics, and digital marketing performance monitoring to keep content fresh and relevant.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Strong skills in video editing, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), and photography to produce visually compelling content.
• Familiarity with media editing tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and digital marketing analytics to optimize content reach.
• Excellent communication skills for on-camera presentation and social media interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social listening tools and social media management applications like Hootsuite or Buffer is highly desirable.
• Understanding of branding principles and public relations strategies to craft authentic messaging that aligns with company values.
