ON-SITE Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers through a high-volume call center environment in Birmingham, Alabama. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, handles service requests efficiently, and provides a positive experience on every interaction. The person in this role will assist with inbound inquiries, complete order-related tasks accurately, and help maintain responsive customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and professionally while addressing questions, concerns, and service needs.

• Enter customer orders and update account information with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.

• Provide helpful resolution to routine service issues by identifying needs and guiding customers through available options.

• Handle both inbound and outbound communication to support follow-up activities and ensure timely customer assistance.

• Document call details, order activity, and customer interactions clearly within required systems.

• Maintain a courteous and solution-oriented approach when managing multiple requests in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience working in a call center or customer-facing support environment.

• Ability to deliver attentive customer service while managing a high volume of calls.

• Strong data entry and order processing skills with close attention to detail.

• Comfortable answering inbound calls and conducting outbound follow-up when needed.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to stay organized, multitask effectively, and work efficiently in a structured service environment.
