In this role, you'll make a real impact every day by supporting employees, partnering with client leadership, and helping keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do

As our On-Site Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting both our employees and our client by:

• Serving as the main point of contact for employees working on-site
• Monitoring daily attendance and coordinating staffing coverage
• Conducting new hire orientations and helping employees get off to a successful start
• Supporting employee relations by resolving attendance, payroll, onboarding, and workplace concerns
• Building strong relationships with client supervisors and department leaders
• Promoting a safe work environment through regular floor walkthroughs and PPE compliance
• Providing coaching and support to help employees succeed in their roles
• Managing workforce changes based on production needs
• Maintaining accurate employee records and workforce documentation
• Helping identify employees ready for advancement opportunities
• Assisting with bilingual communication and translation when needed (Spanish preferred but not required)

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in staffing, manufacturing, operations, or workforce management preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple teams
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets)
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
