On-site Local IT Support Specialist (m/f)

📍 Trebišov, Slovakia | 🏠 1 day HO/week after onboarding | 💼 Full-time

We're looking for a Local IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Trebišov.

This is not just an IT support role – it's an opportunity to:

• Become the go-to IT expert for an entire manufacturing site.
• Work closely with both office users and production teams .
• Take ownership of local IT operations and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Europe and contribute to international IT projects.

What you'll do

• Manage and support the local IT environment at our Trebišov site.
• Provide hands-on support to users, office equipment, and shopfloor devices.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows 11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Hyper-V environments.
• Support local network infrastructure, servers, endpoints, and peripherals .
• Resolve technical issues and ensure excellent user experience.
• Participate in local and company-wide IT projects in cooperation with Group IT.
• Maintain IT security standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Azure, and networking.
• English and Slovak (C1 level).
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
• Manufacturing experience is an advantage.

Compensation & Start Date

Salary: from €2,000 gross/month (final offer depends on experience and qualifications)
