On-Site QA QC

• Perform on-site QA/QC inspection for piping installation, erection, and hook-up activities.
• Inspect piping materials, fittings, valves, flanges, supports, and installation against approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct fit-up, welding, visual, dimensional, and alignment inspections.
• Verify piping supports, equipment connections, small-bore piping, drains, vents, and utility connections.
• Coordinate NDT activities and review relevant inspection reports.
• Inspect and witness testing, flushing, cleaning, and reinstatement.
• Raise and follow up Inspection Requests (IR/RFI), NCRs, and punch-list items.
• Maintain inspection records, test packs, weld records, material traceability, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Client, and Third-Party Inspectors.
• Support mechanical completion, system walkdown, and final handover activities.

· Knowledge and experience in ISO9001:2015

· Minimum 1 years Quality Assurance knowledge and experience.

· Minimum 1 years in semiconductor industry.

· At least 1 years relevant working experiences in similar field

· Experience in program management for improvement

· Preferably candidate who have experience in manufacturing/construction environment

· Possess own transport.

· Contract based
