On-Site Resident Manager

Wolfe & Associates is seeking a dependable, organized Resident Manager to live onsite at 1201 Alta Vista and help keep the apartment community clean, well maintained, and welcoming. Working closely with the Property Supervisor, the Resident Manager serves as an onsite point of contact for residents and helps identify property needs promptly.

This part-time position involves approximately 5–8 hours of work per week and is ideal for someone who communicates well, takes initiative, and enjoys working with residents.

Responsibilities

· Walk the property regularly and report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and other issues to the Property Supervisor.

· Post and deliver resident notices as directed.

· Assist with showing available apartments to prospective residents.

· Monitor pool chemical levels and maintain a log as directed.

· Monitor parking and coordinate with the Property Supervisor to address issues.

· Help keep the lobby, laundry room, and other common areas clean and orderly.

· Assist residents with questions and communicate concerns to the Property Supervisor.

Qualifications

· Previous onsite apartment management experience is preferred.

· Basic maintenance skills, a knack for minor repairs, or an aptitude for hands-on work preferred communication and organizational skills.

· Dependability, attention to detail, and a professional, courteous approach.

· Ability to live onsite and work approximately 5–8 hours per week.

Compensation and Housing

Hourly pay: $24 per hour for all regular hours worked. Overtime is not anticipated and will be paid as required by applicable law.

Housing: A two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a market rent of $3,600 per month is available to the Resident Manager at a reduced rent of $2,400 per month.

Parking: One covered parking space included.

Utilities: Not included in rent.

Anticipated start date: November 1, 2026.

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 8.0 per week
