On-Site Technical Support Specialist

A. Systems and Technical Operation

1. Ensure that all devices, equipment, and peripherals used in operations are functioning properly and are maintained in good working condition at all times.

2. Monitor network connectivity and performance to ensure operational consistency and minimize interruptions, latency, and other technical issues that may affect gaming operations. Configure and manage VLAN segmentation to optimize network traffic and security.

3. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot remote gaming platforms, software applications, and related devices to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

4. Provide timely technical support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues encountered during gaming operations.

5. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal personnel regarding procurement, technical concerns, maintenance activities, system updates, and issue resolution as necessary.

6. Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of systems and equipment to ensure reliability and operational readiness. Demonstrate proficiency in managing and maintaining Cisco networking equipment.

7. Monitor scheduled updates, maintenance activities, and other changes affecting gaming platforms, servers, networks, and related systems, and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to maintain uninterrupted operations or minimize downtime.

8. Maintain proper records and documentation of technical issues, corrective actions, maintenance activities, and system performance.

9. Ensure compliance with Company policies, including those relating to confidentiality, information security, data privacy, and applicable regulations relating to information technology and gaming operations.

B. Other Duties

1. Provide technical assistance and support to other departments and personnel, as may be required by operational needs.

2. Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field
2. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
3. Work experience in Technical Support, IT Operations, Network Administration, or any other related role is an advantage
4. Experience or knowledge with Cisco networking equipment and VLAN configuration is preferred
5. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
6. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
