We are seeking an On-site Wellbeing Supporter who brings strong wellbeing practice, excellent interpersonal skills, and a warm, grounded approach to in-person support.
The Wellbeing Supporter provides proactive, on-site support to employees and managers within client organisations, fostering mental health, resilience, and overall wellbeing. This role focuses on building trust, delivering tailored wellbeing initiatives, and empowering individuals and teams to thrive personally and professionally. The role complements the organisation's broader EAP offering, acting as a visible and trusted wellbeing presence on-site while connecting individuals and organisations to the full wraparound EAP service when appropriate.
About the Role:

This role is primarily on-site and involves regular travel within the region (Timaru, Temuka, Waimate with the possibility of a fortnightly trip to Oamaru) to support different client locations. You will provide early intervention, wellbeing conversations, practical support, and connections to further resources when needed.
Hours: This role will begin at approximately 12 hours per week with the possibility of more hours for the right person. While some on-site hours may be fixed based on client needs, there is flexibility in how remaining hours are arranged across the week. There is also potential for further growth over time as client demand increases.

- Work closely with HR teams, managers, and external providers to integrate wellbeing into organisational culture
- Maintain compliance with both internal and client health and safety requirements, including inductions and PPE
- Participate in regular professional supervision and training
- Act as a Support Person during workplace meetings when requested
About you
