About the role

This is an on-the-job training (OJT) program for students currently enrolled in college or university. The role provides practical experience across administrative and operational functions, with exposure to various departmental activities and company processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records
• Encode and update data accurately in company systems
• Support filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Coordinate with team members on assigned projects and activities
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and company orientations as required
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and records

About you

• Currently enrolled in a college or university and required to complete an On-the-Job Training (OJT) program
• Endorsed by the school's internship or practicum coordinator
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude
