Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring each drink meets quality standards and presentation expectations
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote our beverage offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest menu enhancements to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
• Manage bar inventory efficiently by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods and support overall restaurant operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a hospitality setting
• Previous experience with beverage crafting including cocktail mixing, brewing processes, or catering services is highly desirable
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a dynamic hospitality environment
