On The Road Coffee Machine Technician

Di Pacci Coffee Company is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable receptionist to join our busy Roselands team.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pmLocation: Roselands, Sydney

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate team members.
• Taking accurate messages and following up on enquiries.
• Processing customer orders.
• Managing emails and responding promptly and professionally.
• Liaising with customers and keeping them updated.
• Filing and general office administration.
• Working closely with our sales, service and warehouse teams.

We’re looking for someone with:

• An excellent phone manner and strong customer service skills.
• Excellent written communication and confidence handling a busy email inbox.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to help the team.
• Previous reception, administration or customer service experience preferred.
