Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on OnBase Developer with strong expertise in Unity Scripting and WorkView development. The role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting OnBase solutions, with a primary focus on development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance OnBase solutions using Unity Scripting and WorkView.
• Build custom applications, forms, and document management solutions.
• Integrate OnBase with external systems and databases.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of hands-on OnBase development experience.
• Strong expertise in OnBase Unity Scripting and WorkView.
• Experience with SQL, integrations, and enterprise document management systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• OnBase Certifications (OCSA/OCASA).
• Healthcare or Insurance domain experience.
• Experience with REST APIs, .NET, and large-scale OnBase implementations.
