We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Onboarding Analyst specializing in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance.

ONBOARDING ANALYST | CONTRACT - 2 POSITIONS

• Jersey City, NJ | Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite 2 Days Remote
• $45/hour | W2 Contract Only
• Rolling 6 month contract with strong possibility to convert to FTE

We are seeking an Onboarding Analyst to join our team supporting a major firmwide technology initiative focused on client onboarding, AML/KYC, and account opening.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, validating systems, identifying issues, and collaborating with Operations and Technology teams in a structured financial-services environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in client onboarding, account onboarding, or related operations within a large financial institution
• KYC/AML experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience identifying errors, trends, and inconsistencies in data or processes
• Comfortable working across Operations and Technology teams
• Reliable, accountable, and comfortable working in a structured, regulated environment
