Job Description

We are looking for an Onboarding and System Maintenance Assistant to support the successful onboarding of clients, partners, merchants, and users while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and functionality of operational systems and records. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding activities for new clients, partners, merchants, and users.
• Collect, validate, and maintain onboarding requirements and documentation.
• Coordinate account setup, access provisioning, and system enrollment.
• Create and maintain user profiles, permissions, and system configurations.
• Ensure accurate data entry and document verification.
• Troubleshoot system-related concerns and coordinate resolution with IT teams and vendors.
• Maintain records, databases, and operational documentation.
• Monitor onboarding status, turnaround times, system accuracy, and operational KPIs.
• Generate reports and support compliance and audit requirements.

Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's Degree in any business, information technology, or related field.

✅ At least two (2) years of customer service, onboarding, account management, or related experience.

✅ Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.

✅ Familiarity with operational processes, system maintenance, UAT, and smoke testing is an advantage.
