Onboarding Coordinator

About the Role

Join ProFound Care LLC as an Onboarding & Operations Coordinator. We're a Bronx-based healthcare staffing agency placing DSPs, teachers, and behavioral health workers across NYC and Westchester. We need someone organized, detail-oriented, and ready to wear multiple hats, managing candidate onboarding, tracking compliance, supporting payroll, and keeping our office running smoothly.

What You'll DoCandidate Onboarding

• Track candidates through Phase 1 (intake, SEL/MHL training, fingerprinting)
• Coordinate fingerprinting appointments and send confirmations

Compliance & Database

• Monitor staff training and clearance expiration dates in AxisCare
• Flag renewals and send timely reminders
• Support HR on Phase 2 background checks and training

Payroll & Scheduling

• Collect payroll deductions and manage biweekly sign-in sheets
• Manage calendars and schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments
• Monitor emails and direct inquiries to the right team

Office Operations

• Create and manage job postings
• Handle incoming calls and office messages

About You

• Organized and detail-oriented—you track multiple deadlines
• Strong communicator—written and verbal
• Comfortable with Gmail, Airtable, and AxisCare (we'll train you if needed)
• Reliable and responsive—people depend on you
• Able to manage multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed
• Comfortable handling payroll info confidentially

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with OPWDD regulations and processes
• Bilingual (English + Spanish or other)
• Experience with AI tools

The Details

Schedule:

Part-time, 20-25 hours/week. Hours are flexible depending on your availability and our workflow needs. Potential to grow into full-time.

Compensation:

$20–23/hour depending on experience.
