Onboarding Executive

• Manage the complete onboarding process of selected candidates.
• Collect and verify candidate documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, photographs, and other required documents.
• Complete candidate registration and onboarding in the company HRMS/portal.
• Coordinate with recruiters and candidates to ensure timely joining.
• Verify candidate information and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with the payroll and operations team for successful employee activation.
• Follow up with candidates for pending documents, joining formalities, and other requirements.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and update daily onboarding status.
• Resolve basic candidate queries related to joining, documentation, and onboarding.
• Ensure all onboarding activities are completed within the required timeline.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly onboarding reports with the reporting manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of HR/recruitment processes will be an advantage.
