Onboarding Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle complete On-boarding and documentation of employees in the USA.
• Perform background check.
• Manage Drug test of the employees.
• Co-ordination for joining formalities
• Verify accuracy of documents and the recorded transactions

Job Requirements :

• Fresher and HR internship experience preferred.
• Must have completed graduation.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
• Strong interpersonal skills with convincing power to engage new employees.
