Job Overview

Corporate Key Solutions is looking for an experienced and proactive Onboarding Lead to manage and streamline the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients/employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, timely, and positive onboarding experience while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete onboarding process from initiation to successful completion.
• Coordinate with HR, operations, sales, compliance, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Maintain accurate onboarding documentation, records, and trackers.
• Communicate with new joiners/clients regularly and address onboarding-related queries.
• Ensure all onboarding activities are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Identify gaps in the onboarding process and implement improvements.
• Monitor onboarding metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Train and guide onboarding team members on processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable onboarding requirements.
• Handle escalations and resolve onboarding issues effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in onboarding, operations, client servicing, HR operations, or a similar role.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation processes.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior team-handling or leadership experience will be an advantage.
