Onboarding Manager

A signed agreement is only the beginning. The next few days decide whether a new client feels confident or confused, and this role owns that transition.

As our Client Onboarding Coordinator in Brownsville, you will turn new engagements into organized starts. You will gather the right information, arrange kickoff steps and keep clients updated while internal teams prepare the work.

The path from yes to ready

• Open each client record and check that required details are complete.
• Send welcome information and explain what the client needs to provide.
• Coordinate kickoff calls, internal handoffs and agreed target dates.
• Maintain a simple progress view so missing items and delays are visible.
• Close the onboarding phase with clean documentation and a clear next owner.

Your working style

You write messages that are warm and specific. You can move between a customer conversation, a checklist and a shared system without losing the thread. Experience in onboarding, account support, administration, banking, insurance or another process-driven service environment can be relevant.

How the role is set up

This is a full-time weekday position. Training and the first 90 days are expected to be on-site in Brownsville. A limited hybrid day may be considered afterward only if the business confirms the policy and performance supports it.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
