Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager On boarding to lead and streamline the end-to-end employee onboarding process. The role will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, compliant, and engaging joining experience while driving process efficiency, stakeholder coordination, and timely completion of all on boarding formalities.

KeyResponsibilities

• Leadandmanagetheend-to-endemployee onboarding process from offer acceptance to successful joining and induction.

• Ensureallpre-joining and joining formalities are completed accurately and within defined timelines.

• Coordinatewith Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, IT, Admin, Facilities, and Business Teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

• Establish and monitor onboarding SOPs, SLAs, checklists, and process controls.

• Ensuretimelycollection and verification of employee documentation and maintain accurate employee records.

• Driveonboardingthrough HRMS/HRtechnology platforms, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.

• Monitorjoining formalities, background verification, documentation, employee master creation, and other onboarding activities.

• Designandimplement a structured Day 1, induction, and orientation experience for new employees.

• Trackonboarding metrics such as joining completion, documentation compliance, BGV status, onboarding TAT, dropouts, and employee experience.

• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements to improve onboarding efficiency and employee experience.

• Prepareandpresent regular MIS, dashboards, and management reports related to onboarding.

• Handleonboarding escalations and resolve issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

• Ensurecompliance with applicable HR policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls.

• Leadandmentortheonboardingteam, allocate responsibilities, and monitor individual and team performance.

• Developscalable onboarding processes to support bulk hiring and business expansion requirements.

• Gatherfeedback from newemployees and stakeholders and use insights to improve the onboarding journey.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strongknowledge of end-to-end employee onboarding and HR operations.

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Strongunderstanding of HRMS/HRIS systems anddigital onboarding processes.

• Ability to manage high-volume onboarding and multiple priorities.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• MBA/PGDMinHumanResourceswillbeanaddedadvantage.
