Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented HR Onboarding Specialist to own and manage the end-to-end onboarding and deployment operations across our group's manpower services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect, verify, and track all mandatory pre-employment documentation (statutory requirements, government clearances, medical results, background checks, and employment contracts) for incoming workers.

Build and maintain accurate, audit-ready digital and physical employee files in compliance with labor standards and client specifications.

Coordinate directly with candidates to resolve missing documents or compliance discrepancies prior to their start dates.

Conduct structured, high-energy group orientation sessions for incoming manpower cohorts.

Educate new hires on group policies, wage structures, benefits, client site expectations, work safety, and professional codes of conduct.

Facilitate deployment logistics—coordinating with operations for ID tagging, uniform distribution, site deployment details, and Day-1 reporting instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

At least2 years of dedicated HR experience, with strong proficiency in candidate onboarding, HR compliance, or document processing.

Experience in a Manpower/Staffing Agency, BPO, HR Outsourcing, or High-Volume Recruitment environment is preferred.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail oriented with strong follow throough

Experience using HRIS is an advantage
