Onboarding Specialist

Customer Support & Operations:

• Lead end‑to‑end seafarer, vessel, and customer onboarding and implementation activities
• Collaborate closely with Crewing Operations and Payroll to verify crew onboarding data is complete, accurate, and processed on time
• Coordinate and support live onboarding sessions, account setup, and initial usage
• Attend crew and customer conferences, onboarding sessions, and implementation events
• Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase for vessels and crews
• Ensure accurate onboarding records and documentation are maintained
• Follow defined onboarding workflows, processes, and SLAs
• Escalate complex or sensitive onboarding issues in line with internal procedures
• Identify recurring onboarding challenges and user pain points
• Support improvements to onboarding materials, FAQs, and knowledge base content
• Work closely with Operations, Technology, and Support teams to ensure a smooth handover post‑onboarding
