Are you an experienced Onboarding Specialist with a background in KYC and client onboarding, looking for your next career opportunity?

For one of our clients in the Swiss financial services sector, we are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Zurich on a temporary basis for an initial period of 3+ months .

Your responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation and information are collected, reviewed and verified.
• Conduct KYC/CDD checks, including client identification, risk assessments and the identification of PEPs and sanctions risks.
• Perform due diligence reviews and ensure client files are complete, accurate and compliant with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to obtain outstanding documentation and resolve onboarding-related queries.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with applicable AML/KYC requirements.
• Support the team in improving onboarding processes and ensuring efficient and timely client onboarding.

Your profile:

• 4–5 years of professional experience in client onboarding, KYC/CDD or a related Compliance function.
• Good understanding of AML/KYC requirements and client due diligence processes within a regulated financial environment.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in the crypto and digital assets sector is an advantage.
• Available to start at short notice and interested in a temporary assignment of at least 3 months.
