We’re Hiring: Onboarding Specialist
JAF Digital Group Inc. is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to help clients set up and use our HRIS and payroll system.
What you’ll do
- Gather client requirements and assist with system setup and implementation.
- Guide clients through onboarding and system training.
- Check payroll data and system settings for accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve implementation concerns.
- Track onboarding progress and maintain clear records.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an IT-related course or has a strong IT background.
- Experience in payroll or HRIS implementation.
- Knowledge of Philippine payroll and statutory requirements.
- Willing to do fieldwork and meet with clients when needed.
- Strong client communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
