ONCALL HOUSEKEEPERS

An On-Call Housekeeper works on a strictly per-need, non-regular basis, providing cleaning and maintenance services only when called in to handle peak days, staff shortages, or special events.Job PurposeTo provide immediate, reliable cleaning support on a flexible, as-needed schedule with no guaranteed fixed hours or daily shifts.Key Responsibilities

• Flexible Service & Availability
• Respond promptly when contacted by management for an on-call shift.
• Accept flexible working hours, which may include weekends, holidays, or short-notice emergency cleanings.
• Cleaning & Sanitation
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors, carpets, and restrooms.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, windows, and mirrors.
• Empty trash bins and safely dispose of all waste.
• Room Setup & Linen Management
• Strip used bedding and make beds with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
• Replenish room amenities, towels, and essential toiletries.
• Reporting & Maintenance
• Report any structural damages or broken appliances to the supervisor immediately.
• Hand over any lost-and-found items found during the cleaning shift.

Qualifications & Requirements

• On-Call Availability: Must have a highly flexible schedule. You must be willing to accept shifts on short notice as work availability depends entirely on operational demand.
• Experience: Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, Airbnb cleaning, or commercial janitorial services is an advantage.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform continuous physical labor, lift laundry bags, and stand for long hours.

Reliability: Must have a working mobile number for quick coordination and dependable attendance when a shift is accepted.

Pay: Php3,300.00 - Php3,600.00 per week
