Job Responsibilities:

• Own the onchain product shelf: Source, evaluate and onboard institutional-grade onchain products, including tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), structured products and yield-bearing instruments.
• Lead due diligence & risk assessment: Apply and continuously refine our valuation and risk-scoring frameworks across smart contract security, audit history, oracle/bridge dependencies, custody architecture, counterparty exposure, liquidity and governance controls.
• Build and operate agent-assisted workflows: Design AI-native processes across protocol screening, diligence memo drafting, document analysis and continuous risk monitoring—maximizing research bandwidth while retaining accountable human judgment and risk ownership.
• Partner with wallet & co-custody teams : Ensure products integrate smoothly with client wallets under shared-control and institutional custody arrangements.
• Collaborate on pricing & execution: Work with market making, trading and structuring teams on pricing, liquidity, hedging and execution for onchain products.
• Lead onchain research: Publish high-conviction product and market perspectives for internal teams, ecosystem partners and HNW/institutional clients.

Job requirements:

• Domain Track Record: 5+ years of relevant experience across digital assets, DeFi, onchain products, institutional crypto, investment research, or product structuring.
• Technical & Market Depth: Deep understanding of smart contracts, DeFi protocols, tokenized RWAs, structured/yield strategies, MPC/multisig custody, and cross-chain/oracle infrastructure.
• Due Diligence & Risk Frameworks: Proven track record evaluating protocols, issuers, or onchain strategies through a rigorous, structured due diligence and quantitative risk framework.
• End-to-End Lifecycle Knowledge: Practical understanding of the full onchain product lifecycle—from sourcing, onboarding and custody to subscription/redemption mechanics, settlement, and incident escalation.
• Commercial & Sourcing Network: Strong network across protocols, issuers, curators, custodians, and infra providers with the ability to source differentiated product partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Strong ownership and ability to bridge deep technical mechanics, risk judgment, and commercial viability across trading, risk, legal, and engineering teams.
• AI-Native Operating Capability: Demonstrated ability to design or operate agent-assisted workflows (combining LLMs, APIs, automation tools, or lightweight code) for research, data synthesis, or protocol monitoring—far beyond ad-hoc chatbot queries.
• Control & Escalation Judgment: Strong ability to decompose complex analytical work into agent tasks, with sharp judgment on where AI is reliable vs. where strict control boundaries and human accountability must remain.
