Oncology Patient Solutions Innovations Enablement Director

For our client, we are seeking a Oncology Patient Solutions Innovations Enablement Director to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will partner closely with senior leaders to shape enablement efforts that improve how patient-focused solutions are prioritized, coordinated, and delivered. You will help connect strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution to drive stronger outcomes across the organization. The position also plays a key role in translating insights into action, strengthening team capabilities, and supporting effective resource use in a highly matrixed environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $176,600 – $294,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner for the leadership team
• Identify and prioritize key projects to support operational efficiency
• Coordinate processes aligning strategy with organizational outcomes
• Leverage insights to enhance patient solution development
• Lead budgeting and resource allocation across teams
• Design training plans to educate teams on patient solution priorities
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance patient support initiatives

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 7+ years of experience
• Proven background in Marketing, Patient Solutions, and Operational Excellence
• Experience leading teams within matrix organizations
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with data analytics to drive strategic decision-making
