About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Call Centre team in Sampaloc, Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to participate in our One-Day Virtual Interview & Same-Day Hiring process. You will be providing exceptional customer service support by handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and representing our clients' brands with professionalism and excellence. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer care and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
• Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system
• Follow company protocols and client-specific guidelines consistently
• Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout all customer interactions
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including call duration, customer satisfaction ratings, and productivity targets
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialist teams when necessary
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support colleagues when needed
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development activities

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear pronunciation
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle customers professionally
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good listening skills and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including shift work if required
• Patience and problem-solving abilities
• Previous call centre or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
