One-Stop Operator

Overview

Under the direction of the Passaic County Workforce Development Center Board of Trustees, the One-Stop Operator is responsible for coordinating the service delivery of required One-Stop partners and service providers within the Passaic County One-Stop Career Center system. The One-Stop Operator supports the effective daily operation of American Job Center services by promoting integrated, customer-centered service delivery for job seekers, workers, and employers; facilitating partner collaboration; supporting compliance with WIOA, state, local, ADA, equal opportunity, and One-Stop certification requirements; and advancing continuous quality improvement across comprehensive, affiliate, and virtual service access points. Key responsibilities include facilitating partner meetings, coordinating multiple agencies, developing operating procedures, supporting staff cross-training, analyzing service delivery issues, preparing reports, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of WIOA, One-Stop service delivery and partner programs, service integration, MOUs, accessibility, equal opportunity, and continuous improvement.
• At least three years of progressive experience in workforce development, public employment or human services, program operations, partner coordination, case management systems, grant-funded programs, or related public or nonprofit services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, credibility, and professionalism; strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply federal, state, and local policies and regulations.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.

Education Requirements

Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university preferably in public administration, business administration, social services, nonprofit management, workforce development, counseling, education, psychology or allied field.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
