Job Summary

Digital Compliance Consent Management: Implement and manage GDPR-compliant cookie consent solutions using OneTrust. Configure and maintain cookie consent categorisation Essential, Functional, Performance and Marketing within Google Tag Manager. Manage first-party and third-party tracking technologies including Google Analytics, Mopinion, Mouseflow, LinkedIn and other digital platforms. Audit websites to ensure tracking technologies comply with GDPR and company standards. Maintain cookie policies, consent records and privacy documentation. Work closely with Legal, Marketing and IT to ensure compliance across all digital products. Troubleshoot consent management and tracking issues. Monitor changes in privacy legislation and recommend improvements to governance and implementation. AI Digital Product Development : Lead the use of Generative AI to rapidly develop new digital concepts, customer journeys and product ideas. Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to transform business requirements into interactive AI-generated prototypes and proof-of-concepts before development begins. Use AI tools to create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups and functional prototypes, significantly reducing concept-to-validation time. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to introduce innovative customer-facing digital products across BMI. Develop AI-powered concepts that improve customer engagement, self-service and digital adoption. Build reusable AI prompts, templates and workflows that enable Product Owners to rapidly explore and validate new ideas. Collaborate with UX, Analytics and Development teams to test concepts with customers and iterate designs before implementation. Establish best practices for incorporating AI into the digital product discovery and innovation lifecycle. Support the development of AI-assisted digital experiences, including conversational interfaces, intelligent search, personalised customer journeys and automation. Research emerging AI capabilities and provide recommendations on how BMI can use AI to create competitive digital products.

Responsibilities

• Configure cookie consent categorisation Essential, Functional, Performance and Marketing and integrate it with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Deal with a mixture of 1st party and 3rd party cookies like Mopinion, Mouseflow, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ensure Google Analytics tracking aligns with user consent preferences and privacy laws.
• Audit and update cookie policy pages ensuring proper classification of cookies and their purposes.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and document data collection practices.
• Work with legal, marketing and IT teams to enforce data privacy best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cookie consent data tracking and analytics compliance.
• Monitor ongoing GDPR-related changes and recommend policy updates as needed.
