Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – OneShield with strong hands-on expertise in OneShield Policy implementation, Dragon Designer, product configuration, rating, workflows, and business rules within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.

Job Requirements

10+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on OneShield Policy implementation experience.

Strong expertise in OneShield Dragon Designer, product configuration, customization, and extension development.

Strong P&C insurance domain knowledge, including rating, product modeling, workflows, and complex business rules.

Experience with data modeling, data transformation, batch jobs, integrations, OneShield SOA web services, and microservices.

Experience with SQL and databases such as Oracle or DB2.

Strong experience in solution design, technical documentation, troubleshooting, production support, and application maintenance.

Proven technical leadership, team mentoring, stakeholder communication, and onsite/offshore coordination skills.

Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

OneShield certification is preferred.
