OneStream Architect

Alava Consulting’s client is seeking an experienced OneStream Architect to lead the implementation and ongoing administration of the OneStream platform for financial planning, consolidation, and account reconciliation.

This is a hands-on technical role that will work closely with the Systems Integrator during implementation and become the primary technical owner of OneStream after go-live.

Responsibilities

Lead OneStream technical design, configuration, and implementation.

Partner with the Systems Integrator throughout implementation and deployment.

Manage integrations with SAP ERP, SAP BW, and other enterprise systems.

Administer Production, Development, and Sandbox environments.

Manage metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, data loads, and integrations.

Troubleshoot application, integration, and transformation issues.

Develop test scenarios and support system testing and production migrations.

Manage security roles, access controls, and SOX requirements.

Provide ongoing technical support to finance and power users.

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise systems/software experience with strong OneStream experience.

Hands-on experience with OneStream implementation, administration, and support.

Strong understanding of FP&A, consolidation, financial close, and account reconciliation.

Experience with SAP ERP, SAP BW, Power BI, and enterprise data integration.

Experience with testing, change management, and SOX-controlled environments.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

This position is ideal for a hands-on OneStream professional who can take full technical ownership of the platform from implementation through ongoing support and enhancement.
