Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced OneStream Developer to support enterprise performance management (EPM) initiatives within the live entertainment and events industry. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with OneStream XF development, financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The candidate should be comfortable collaborating with finance, accounting, and technical teams to develop and maintain scalable financial solutions in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance OneStream XF applications to support financial planning, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Finance Rules, dashboards, workflows, and reports.
• Support financial consolidation, close, planning, and forecasting processes.
• Build and maintain data integration processes between OneStream and enterprise source systems.
• Configure data loads, data transformations, metadata, and financial data mappings.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize system performance.
• Support application testing, validation, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development standards and best practices.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver enhancements and support ongoing EPM initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with OneStream XF development and configuration.
• Experience developing and maintaining Business Rules and Finance Rules.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting.
• Experience with OneStream workflows, dashboards, and application configuration.
• Knowledge of data integration, data management, metadata, and financial data transformations.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise financial applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Dallas, TX.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OneStream implementation, enhancements, and production support.
• Experience integrating OneStream with ERP and other enterprise financial systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and financial data structures.
• Experience supporting financial close, management reporting, and enterprise planning processes.
• Experience in the entertainment, live events, media, hospitality, or related industries.
