Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer OneTrust UCPM

Location: Pune

Experience: 4 6 Years

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced OneTrust UCPM Developer / Configurator with hands-on expertise in Consent & Preference Management implementation. The candidate will be responsible for OneTrust configuration, Preference Center development, API integrations, consent-data migration, testing, and deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure OneTrust purposes, preferences, channels, consent records, collection points, and business rules.
• Develop and configure Preference Centers based on approved functional and UX designs.
• Implement consent history, audit evidence, consent withdrawal, suppression, and consent propagation rules.
• Develop integrations using OneTrust APIs, webhooks, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Integrate OneTrust with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and other marketing platforms.
• Perform consent and preference data mapping, transformation, migration, and reconciliation.
• Execute unit, integration, SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
• Support deployments across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments, including cutover and hypercare.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and operational procedures.

Mandatory Skills

• 4 6 years of relevant technology and integration experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on OneTrust UCPM / Consent & Preference Management implementation experience.
• Strong experience configuring and developing OneTrust Preference Centers.
• Hands-on experience with OneTrust APIs, webhooks, REST APIs, and JSON integrations.
• Strong SQL, data mapping, transformation, and migration skills.
• Experience integrating CRM, marketing, or customer data platforms.
• Practical implementation experience in Consent & Preference Management, beyond OneTrust administration or other privacy modules.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Experience with consent lifecycle management, audit requirements, and enterprise data integrations.
