Online Academy Manager – Technical Knowledge & Course Development

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, technically skilled, and good-communicating individual to manage and develop our online academy.

The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, strong communication and coordination skills, and an interest in online education and digital learning. The candidate will be responsible for managing the academy's day-to-day activities, developing new courses, coordinating with trainers, managing online learning platforms, and contributing to the overall growth of the academy.

We welcome candidates from different educational and professional backgrounds. Prior experience in academy management is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates who have good technical knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the online academy.
• Research new technologies, industry trends, and market demands to identify opportunities for new courses.
• Plan, develop, and coordinate the launch of new online courses and training programs.
• Prepare course outlines and coordinate with trainers and subject-matter experts to develop learning materials.
• Manage and update online courses, learning materials, and content on digital platforms.
• Coordinate with trainers, students, content creators, and other team members.
• Assist in organizing live classes, recorded sessions, workshops, and online training programs.
• Ensure a smooth learning experience for students and help resolve their queries and issues.
• Monitor course quality, student feedback, and overall learning progress.
• Explore new tools, technologies, and methods to improve the academy's operations.
• Support marketing, course promotion, student enrollment, and other growth initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new courses and improve existing programs.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and contribute ideas for the academy's continuous development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good technical knowledge and an interest in learning new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with trainers, students, and team members.
• Willingness to learn about online education, course development, and digital learning platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools and online platforms.
• Good planning skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IT, software, digital technologies, or other technical domains.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or course creation tools.
• Experience in teaching, training, content development, project coordination, or customer support.
• Experience using AI tools and digital productivity tools.
• Previous experience in managing projects, teams, or educational activities.
