We're looking for a motivated and reliable Online Assistant to join our team.

If you're an early riser who enjoys staying active, working efficiently, and being part of a team that delivers exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

As part of our Online team, you'll play a key role in preparing customer orders with accuracy and care. You'll help ensure our online customers receive the right products at the right time while also supporting our Grocery team to keep shelves stocked, organised, and ready for business.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring orders are prepared and ready for collection or delivery within agreed timeframes.
• Assisting customers with online order enquiries and collections.
• Delivering customer orders safely and professionally when required.
• Replenishing grocery stock and maintaining product availability.
• Maintaining high merchandising and presentation standards.
• Receiving, handling, and moving stock safely and efficiently.
• Following Food Safety, Health & Safety, and store procedures at all times.
• Working collaboratively with the Online and Grocery teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Days and Hours of Work

Monday: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Sunday: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Total: 24 hours per week
