Online Bidder (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Online Bidder (BDE) to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, preparing and submitting high-quality proposals, communicating with prospective clients, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other online bidding/B2B platforms , along with strong communication, proposal-writing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects.
• Write customized and engaging proposals.
• Generate leads and convert them into clients.
• Communicate with international clients and understand their requirements.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and estimates.
• Achieve monthly bidding and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in online bidding/business development.
• Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Hands-on experience with Upwork/Freelancer or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of IT/software services.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
