If you have hands-on experience in Upwork bidding, proposal writing, lead generation, and acquiring international IT clients, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
• Write customized, client-focused proposals
• Research project requirements and understand client needs
• Generate and qualify leads for IT/software development services
• Follow up with potential clients and manage initial communication
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements
• Work towards converting bids into successful projects
• Maintain and manage the Upwork account/profile and bidding pipeline

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Upwork bidding / IT business development
• Strong proposal writing & communication skills
• Experience working with IT Services / Software Development / IT Consulting companies
• Understanding of technologies and software development services
• Experience handling international clients will be an advantage
• Ability to research, identify relevant opportunities and create customized proposals
• Location: Pitampura, New Delhi
• Experience: 6 months – 2 years
