Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage online bidding processes for various projects, ensuring timely submission of proposals and meeting client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive bids that meet project needs.
- Analyze bid results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase chances of winning new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all bids submitted, tracking progress and following up on outstanding submissions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of the bidding process from start to finish, including proposal development and submission.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
