Job Responsibilities

• Knowledge of freelancing platforms and online bidding processes.
• Search for relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru.
• Create and submit professional, customized proposals and bids.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
• Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and business needs.
• Coordinate with the sales, business development, and technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Maintain records of bids, client communications, follow-ups, and project status.
• Achieve monthly bidding targets and contribute to business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client-handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of website development, web design, mobile app development, or other IT services.
• Ability to research projects and identify suitable business opportunities.
