You will....

• Manage digital assets

• Website - Execution & Metrics

• Spotscan metric & activation

• CRM activation (Whatsapp/ Email)

• 1P data collection & activation (with Digital Manager)

• Manage E-com assets

• SIS Excellence - improvement, changes + daily content integrity

• PDP Excellence - improvement, changes + daily content integrity

• Creative assets mega days (double date/ payday)

• Lower funnel direction (with Digital Manager)

• Drive E-com Excellence

• Bridges brand and ecom teams

• Translates and aligns brand priorities with online channels + brand assets

• Ecom metric performance tracking and come up with direction and strategy

• Align product priorities, activities planning, and strategy affiliate - along with EKAM & A&I

• Co-lead mega days activations - DD / Payday / SBD

• Assist and liaise with marketing + media team for digital + KOL activation

• Track livestream performance + strategize way forward along with eKAM

• Manage Contents

• Content planning on Tiktok - to drive best performing content (TCO / TCC) to drive traffic and engagement (awareness | consideration | purchase contents)

• Overview content metrics - and strategize way forward

• Liaise quantity of contents to be boosted on monthly basis
