Online Chinese Learning Executive

We are looking for an Online Chinese Learning Executive to join our team and support the teaching and daily operations of our online Chinese learning programmes for children aged 3–8.

This is a hands-on role combining online teaching, programme operations, teacher training and curriculum development. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Chinese and English, experienced in teaching young children, comfortable with technology, and enjoys communicating and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Online Teaching: Conduct engaging online Chinese lessons for children aged 3–8.
• Programme Operations: Coordinate class schedules; monitor and support teachers' classes; follow up with prospective and existing parents; arrange trial lessons; and communicate with parents regarding class scheduling and children's learning progress.
• Teacher Training & Quality: Conduct teacher training, monitor teaching quality, observe classes, and provide constructive feedback and guidance to teachers.
• Curriculum Development: Develop online courseware, exercises and learning activities; review and update curriculum and teaching materials; and edit or create PowerPoint lesson materials.

Requirements

1. Bilingual Proficiency

• Strong command of both Chinese and English, written and spoken.
• Chinese: Native-level proficiency, or GCE O-Level Chinese Language B4 or above, HSK Level 6 with the required oral proficiency, or equivalent.
• English: Good command of written and spoken English. GCE O-Level English Language B4 or above, IELTS Academic 6.5 or above, or equivalent is preferred.

2. Early Childhood Teaching Experience

• At least 2–3 years of teaching experience in a preschool or enrichment centre, preferably in Singapore.
• Confident in teaching Chinese to children aged 3–8, including conducting lessons online.
• Experience in developing, reviewing or adapting Chinese-language curriculum and learning materials.
• Preferred: ECDA-certified L2 (2L) Chinese Language Educator. Candidates with recognised early childhood education qualifications and strong experience teaching Chinese to preschool-aged children will also be considered.

3. Digital & Technology Proficiency

Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a digital-first environment. Proficient in using online teaching, communication and productivity tools, with the ability to learn new software and digital platforms quickly.

Work Arrangement

3 weekdays working at our Singapore HQ and 2 weekend days working from home.
