What they need
We are looking for a full time Customer Service and ecommerce support to work in our office. Your job duties include:-
- Customer Service via Email in English
- Research Online for various Jewelry Related topics (using Google Search)
- Create product descriptions in English as per our instructions and training.
- Edit/modify existing products via excel
- Create and preparing excel reports
- Maintain parts of our eCommerce website as per our instructions and training (Product picture updates, price updates, description updates)
Main Job skills Required:-
- Must be very good in Online Research: to search for Jewelry related details we will train you
- knowledge of Excel and Word
- Online Internet Search Ability
- Detail Oriented and Responsible
This is a full time job. We are looking for hard working ambitious people to grow with us. If you have the right skill set, you will be given the ability to take new initiatives and projects.
