Online ESL Instructor – Office-Based Position

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic English instructor to provide online English lessons to international learners from China and South Korea.

The successful candidate will conduct interactive virtual classes in a professional office-based environment using the company's designated teaching platforms and equipment. We welcome applicants who are passionate about language education and committed to helping learners strengthen their English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging online English lessons lasting approximately 45 minutes per session.
• Deliver lessons tailored to learners' English proficiency levels and individual learning needs.
• Help students develop their speaking skills, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and listening comprehension.
• Encourage participation and foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
• Use company-provided equipment and online teaching platforms to facilitate lessons.
• Follow the assigned teaching schedule and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Monitor learning progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Observe company teaching standards and maintain professional conduct throughout all sessions.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous English teaching experience is required; ESL instruction and online one-on-one tutoring experience are an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills, clear pronunciation, and accurate grammar.
• Patient, responsible, and capable of creating an encouraging learning environment.
• Familiarity with online meeting platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to follow an assigned work schedule.
• TEFL, TESOL, LET, or equivalent teaching credentials are an advantage.

Recruitment and Assessment Process

Applicants will go through the following stages:

• Application Review – Evaluation of the resume and relevant educational credentials.
• English Oral Interview – Assessment of spoken English proficiency and communication skills.
• Teaching Demonstration – A sample lesson to evaluate instructional techniques and student engagement.
• Employment Discussion – Review of teaching experience, expected monthly compensation, and earliest possible start date.
• Work Arrangement Discussion – Confirmation of schedule availability, preferred work setup, and accommodation needs for applicants seeking residential arrangements.

Estimated Monthly Compensation: PHP 20,000–23,000, depending on completed lessons, attendance, and eligibility for performance incentives.
